Growing up in a family that owned and operated their own business instilled in him a passion for helping small businesses reach their potential. He has established a career in accounting within venture capital, dedicated to supporting and advising startup founders from the outset of their journey. Drawing on this experience, he now seeks to assist healthcare practices and small business owners by streamlining their back-office operations. His goal is to help these entrepreneurs reclaim their time, allowing them to concentrate on their patients and the growth of their businesses.

Charlene has been a working tax professional since 2016, with experience in different tax specialties, including income, payroll, and sales tax accounting. With a background of working in a small tax firm started and run by her father, she has seen, firsthand, the value of mutual trust and respect arising from healthy relationships between a small business team and clients of various backgrounds. She seeks to bridge her continually-developing knowledge of tax regulations with the desire to assist taxpayers in their tax preparation needs.
